4. Booking and Payment Terms
Service Requests
All service requests must be made through our official website, phone (+63 2 8433 4455), or email ([email protected]). We operate Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers. A 50% deposit may be required for large or specialized services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our website and services, you agree to:

- Ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning staff
- Secure or remove any valuable or fragile items before service

Liability Cap
Our liability for any cleaning service-related damage is limited to the cost of the service or Php 10,000, whichever is less, unless gross negligence or willful misconduct is proven.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the website and our services will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe may harm our company, employees, or other clients.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Quezon City, Metro Manila for the resolution of any disputes.
Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided by NeatLogic Cleaning Agency shall be resolved through arbitration in Quezon City, Philippines, under Philippine law.
